If we notice more than one login has been shared then your IP address will be blocked and your membership will be terminated.

WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT PRINT

All the .PDF extension files are printable for your use only. This consists of PDF files for the video practice problems and the video lessons. The additional online sample quiz, practice exam, and practice questions are not printable. All printable documents are copyrighted. If we notice you are sharing these without written permission to help@directhub.net, your account will be terminated and further legal action may be taken.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Refunds are only given when requested within 15 days after the day of purchase. Beyond 15 days after the day of purchase a refund will not be issued. After the 16th day, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for making best use of the course regardless of whether you have started, in progress, or you completed it.

At DirectHub, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience through our courses, supported by our 15-day money-back guarantee. However, to maintain fairness and protect our platform, we have established the following terms and conditions regarding the use of this guarantee:

Eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee:

Users are eligible to request a refund within 15 days of purchasing any course, provided that they have not violated any other terms of service.

Refund Abuse Policy:

  • If a user signs up for a course and repeatedly takes advantage of the 15-day money-back guarantee by requesting refunds multiple times, this behavior will be considered abuse of the refund policy.
  • “Repeated abuse” is defined as requesting refunds for more than one time.

Consequences of Refund Abuse:

Users found to be abusing the refund policy will be notified of their behavior and given an opportunity to correct it.
If the abuse continues, DirectHub reserves the right to ban the user from accessing our platform permanently. This ban will include any future purchases, access to courses, or participation in any DirectHub-related activities.

Once a user is banned for refund abuse, they will no longer be eligible for any future purchases or refunds.

Any decision to ban a user under this policy is final and non-negotiable. DirectHub reserves the right to make the final determination of what constitutes refund abuse.

RETAKES

Directhub does not offer free retakes if you were to fail your FE exam. We assume no responsibility for your unsuccessful attempt.

SUBSCRIPTION BASED PLAN

All subscription plans are set for a period of time (1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year). You are responsible for making best use of your study time within the time frame you subscribed to. Your access to the course cannot be extended beyond the purchased timeframe. If you would like to continue your review beyond the end of your purchased timeframe, you will need to enroll again.

When signing up for the 1 month, 3-month, or 6-month plan, you cannot upgrade plans by only paying the difference. For example, you cannot purchase a 3-month plan for $297 and after expiration ask to pay the difference of $200 to extend the course for another 3-months given the original cost of the 6-month plan is $497. After your plan expires, you will need to pay the full price of each plan to enroll in the course again.
